While in Funyula Constituency, Busia county, Kenya, we visited a number of institutions to (1) assess their health status, (2) deliver presentations on general hygiene, mental health, and menstrual health, and (3) donate sanitary pads and other school supplies. The presentations were given in English (we visited schools that taught in English), and we donated over 1000 sanitary pads, 300 crayons, 80 pairs of underwear, 70 toothbrushes, and 80 pencils.
